Surely every one knows about your sharp stick Kazz.

Any way good on the kid for showing his dad for what he really is.

Amen! What a brave lad. It takes b@lls to say stuff like that against your own father. I take my hat off to him.

Donna - take heart; your ex will live to regret his ways, just don't let your anger reflect onto your children - he will cook his own goose.

Last night their father showed my children he cared more to watch a football match on the TV, and risked their lives to do so.

I am so angry even today.... i am not sure what I can do, but he is breaking the law and risking their deaths to get one over on me.

Donna - can you not consult with a solicitor or citizen's advice bureau? It sounds like things are getting out of hand and no child should be put at risk.

I cannot get any more legal aid as I did not go through with the mediation session (required). I cannot sit in the same room as him...

Just because you can't sit in a room with him does not mean that no one will help you. .....Surely.

Solicitor did so much, but for the case to remain open, I had to go through mediation so the solicitor could prove we did all we could to sort it out and save money for the legal aid people. As I couldnt do mediation, the legal aid people said no more help.

I might have to rethink the mediation bit and see if the solicitor will open the case again.... but as the kids are 15 and 13 and have minds of their own, they might justsay its not worth it as they will be adults soon enough.
