I think it was one of the few times when nationality didn't matter a whit, we all grieved for those lost, even if we weren't touched directly. We were all just simply human.

I think its nothing to be ashamed of Eileen, I don't think anyone other than those " directly touched" would remember.

But just as important on a day like today is not how many died but how many survived thanks in no smallway to heroes who walk amongst us every day....regular everyday people who just stepped up to help those who need a little help that day.

Yeah, just like we never really walked on the moon, and there were two Kennedy assassins (or the CIA did it), or the Palace had Diana killed....all a big media conspiracy and we're too dumb to figure out what really happened......
