Good evening all! Hope those of you who are not feeling 100% are feeling a bit better now.
It was a glorious frosty bright day here today, but the temperature has dropped like a stone now it's dark. Extra wooly on tonight - been cleaning all day, so nice mushroom risotto for supper - I like easy stuff, especially as you can stand at the cooker (warm) stirring the rice and having a small bevy at the same time! Have a great Christmas all - don't suppose any of you will have much time for Catsey over the next two or three days!
