I would recommend Bokashi bins DM! Perhaps we need a new thread - compost making!

I looked them up, very interesting! They are going on my "want list". I like the idea of being to add things like meat scraps, etc. that you normally wouldn't compost because of the smell/vermin problem! And using the runoff liquid as fertilizer....very little goes to waste with it!! Very cool idea; thanks for mentioning it!
