We took our 2 hounds to give their 3-monthly blood donation today at a vet near Melton Mowbray, the daffodils were in full bloom! Lovely to see, Such an amazing day weather-wise. We went to a Toby Carvery for lunch and there were loads of people sitting outside, some in t-shirts! freaky weather! |

Yes, about 1/2 dozen long-stemmed daffodils in flower in my south-facing front garden. It's a joy to behold I, by pure chance managed to plant lots of different varieties that usually flower from very early Feb. through to early May so I have daffodils for several months. I adore them, my completely favourite flower . . . the sign of a new year and a new annual circle of life starting up |
