Trinity is 5.05kg and I was told by vet on monday that she has to look 1kg.

When I took Merlin to the vets on Monday he weighed 3.75 kg - he had not lost any further weight from his previous weigh, but on 17/12/05 he weighed 5.0 kg

I do not envy people whose cats are overweight but I do wish Merlin could help out and take some of their excess.

Trinity said that Merlin could have her extra pounds as she looses them she will be sending them in the post with a special cuddle and kiss from neo too. xx

It's an interesting insight when you look at this thread with the tummy width one Bubbles was one of the biggest but she's by no means the heaviest

I was thinking the same thing, Grete! I don't think Guinness or Simon were in the tummy measurement thread, were they? But they're the heaviest cats so far.......

I'm thinking because we measured the hangy down part too, we measure how big they *have* been (just like in humans and saggy skin after weight loss).

Bubbles was quite a bit heavier before we put her on her light food, I can't remember now how heavy she was. She still needs to come down more poor kitty.
