I'm so sorry to hear about your lovely Xander. Please beleive you did everything you could. As Yola says, cats hide pain well and sometimes it is just impossible to know the problem is so serious. ((hugs)) |

I've been away for a few days and have only just read your posting. So sorry to hear about the loss of Xander. It's so hard when you loose a dearly loved cat. Time will heal the grief you are feeling and you gave Xander the best 6 years and he will have loved you so much for that. Hugs to you and sleep tight dear Xander. x |

Thank you to everyone who has posted on here, still finding it hard. Keep finding photos of him that we've not yet put in albums and each time makes me cry. Cordy and Dru are missing their big brother too. Once again, for anyone who has an ill baby at the moment I'm sending get well vibes and hugs and to all the happy cats out there, big hugs to you too x x x x |

I don't know if this will be of any comfort to you but.... Animals (either cats or dogs) hide there pain from the ones they love. They don't want them to suffer. (well that's my take on them). By the time we realise hoe much [pain they are in quite often it's too late. So he didn't want you to know to protect you. Don't beat yourself up now he wouldn't want that. Rip Xander. |
