Hot and so, so humid here. Into town this morning, then over to Newbury to see Thames Valley Police to give a statement against a road rage attach I suffered a couple of weeks ago. Got my au pair's day wrong - we were all set to collect her from the airport tomorrow; turns out her flight's today  So a bit of a major panic!!OH has fitted the oak worktops . . stunning  |

Well, today turned out to be a scorcher........ too hot to do anything in the garden workwise, so out came the chairs and the parasol! Cassie was sensible enough to hunt around for some shade......she hasn't eaten a lot today either but I put that down to the weather.. |
