Thanks, all! She has been sleeping a lot as they did not do her surgery till 6:30PM last night and she was pretty out of it when I picked her up. She gave me this look of recognition and kissed me right away though!  Fed her some chicken soup through a syringe..she is starting to perk up and I will let her out just the two of us in the ferret room today to stretch her legs. More pics coming soon..  |

Well, before you posted all I knew about ferrets was that they were related to stoats and weasels. And, as I grew up on Wind in the Willows, had a rather low opinion of them...remember the way they trashed Toad Hall?? Seriously, I had no idea they were so cute,intelligent and mischievious (sp?) It's been fun getting to know them! |
