Update: just been on the phone to her family, she HAS got a bit better and she'll phone me back a little later (they were having dinner when I phoned)

May be visiting her at easter time, I'll try to find out what happened to make her fall off the horse

Forgot to update this thread:

Basically, the horse stumbled, friend fell off and horse landed diagonally somehow across her.

She's badly bruised, face swollen up because the horse caught her face while trying to get up, no bones broken though
