I don't feel into exercising but I'm encouraging you all coz its such a good thing

Apologies for my absence at tonight's quiz, I'll be in work
Slumdog is very good, go and see it for sure

Re: Cloudy, Calm Wednesday

Hi all.
Getting ready to go to my appointment. Therapist's aide is picking me up in twenty minutes. Feel sort of awkward about it. It's a half hour car ride each way and have no idea what I'm going to talk to a stranger about for that long. I shouldn't complain though, they are going to great lengths to get me to my appointments despite my fear of driving these days.
Should just be a normal day after that. Going to try and take it easy and hope this nagging cold decides to go away. Hopeful I'll be in a better mood.
Take care, all.

Slumdog is a fantastic film. The soundtrack is excellent too. Been for a swim and sauna this morning. Nothing strenuous just more of a potter. Will go for a run tomorrow as today is my rest day.

Been shopping for odds and sods and shall chill out tonight and finish my book The chocolate lovers diet. It's super!!

DH and I met 4 years today and we got the probate through for MIL place so it's all systems go
