Busy day here too.

Took Dominik for his riding lesson. He did the whole lesson without stirrups and next week his teacher's going to take him for a 1/2 hour hack in the woods. He's well excited!

Then to the allotment where I painted the picket gate OH built yesterday, planted some more beans and marigolds and dug through a very sticky (manure) raised bed. All the time I was listening to the Reading V Brum game on my wind-up radio (which Reading lost - they played rubbish so serve them right(, whilst OH was enjoying a corporate hospitality day at the match

Then back home and into town to meet OH and a lovely dinner at Carluccios. Boys in bed now and so will I be shortly after an hour's ironing!

Off to a barbecue courtesy of my brother and Mum tomorrow so I will be doing very little - thankfully!!

Yola I was listening to the Reading B'ham game and being a Bluenose I have to say een though we won I thought Reading played better and deserved to win odd take on things is'nt it....sounds like a great day though. You are really into this allotment thing aren't you.
I can envisage you there as a pensioner with the cats in the shed with you......
