I guess I could sum it up more succinctly by just saying:

Health, food and shelter, friends and an interest in the world around me. I've always been a "glass half full" person.

I remember once at work I was carrying on about some simple little thing that had pleased me, and one of the women said "You get excited about the silliest things" .....and I thought to myself, "You'd be happier if you did". She was a rather gloomy "glass half empty" person.... felt sorry for her.

Look on the bright side, thats the answer there I agree Eileen....a friend of mine was complaining the other week and I said something but the rest of my friends looked at me and said "you'd say be happy if she as complaining about being hit by a bus" and I said "course I would if she was complaining it would mean she's alive and breathing"

they all tutted in a best friend sort of way, as if I was an escaped nutter.......but they know what I mean.

Basically I am a happy person, very seldom am I down or annoyed at anything...
