Thanks for the info farthing. When the vet operated he was undiagnosed. He is being treated for the hyperthyroidism but they haven't managed to do the first follow up blood test to check his levels due to him keep being ill. Have had another look in his mouth and it looks pretty good, he finishes the tablets tuesday so here's hoping
