Bl**dy hell what is she like yes they do as Yola says somewhere between a hoarse dog and a goose....byt the way tell her the hooting is owls....and any flapping is the bats.....but I imagine she wil hear less and less "outside sounds" as the local wildlife realise she is there and move away from her.

Ohhhh Elaine have just read this post and had to laugh, it seems you can`t go anywhere without getting yourself into trouble , glad you and the animals are all OK, but I do think you should start charging danger money if you don`t all ready Lol
