Well people it appears I had food poisioning but it was masking what has turned out to be a kidney infection...bit of a concern it may have been appendicities but it seems not (although I am not convinced having just been informed of rumbling appendicities) but it appears we are going with kidney infection......hence the shivering/feeling really rough etc. Not helped I am told by by immune system being a bit weaker due to the previous hormone/chemo/radiotheraphy treatments. But hey...still feel rough but at least have antibiotics to treat it. May have the rest of the week off. Mom is good in herself and been up/down stairs 6 times but happy to be home. She beeter get a move on and get better so I can be ill (if I had time, I'd feel sorry for myself) but at least what I had is not catching so all good there. Everyone home and safe.....Excellent news. One old person done and one to go to moving in the right direction. |
