But if they can tell you they were posted on the 24th they must have a record of which way they were sent......are any others missing that were sent?

I would get back in touch with whoever these people are and then speak to their boss...

It was the pharmasist from the Royal Dick Vet School who posted them and she is off sick. I cannt get any other info until I talk to her.
