Perfect title to the thread. I have to say yesterday just flew by.

Shelley glad you feel better.

Plans for the utility have been scrapped, much to much trouble planning permission etc needed and support for sewer - couple grand before we get work started not counting any "hiccups" so not the end of the World. Glad I looked into it before making any commitments.

So plans moving on for the back garden now. Man with mini digger comng Friday to give me a quote on moving the soil.

thats all I am saying for now. But I hope the end result will be good/fantastic. But above all practicle and user friendly.

Brought a new mattress (bit of a bargain well lot of a bargain brand new from work) so bedroom plans in process too.

Sorry about having to scrap the utility room plan Kazz - but once you get into the major utilities, it's really too much of a hassle. Mind you, we did put in a new water pipe off the main pipe and it wasn't too much of a problem. But water isn't sewage!

I wondered if you'd got your new mattress. Have you already got it or do you have to arrange delivery?

Evening all not been up to much work and then home and cooked a roast dinner (chicken) it was yummy - bread and butter pudding in the oven as I type!!
