We woke up to a very hard frost, doesn't it look lovely! I do feel sorry for the garden birds though. The temp in the car read at -12!!! yesterday it was -9. Never known such cold temperatures. My day off today, so did some cleaning and then went to a shop called 'Go Outdoors' and bought OH some Thermal long Johns, very thick socks and Thermal vest. He should be snuggly & warm on early morning dog walks from now on!! Had a lovely lunch out with my daughter. |

evening all! another freezing day here! snow still here with a nasty layer of ice underneath, which caused me to fall...twice!!   i'd walked the 15 mins to work fine, only when in work and i had to nip round to another pharmacy did the two falls occur within a matter of minutes karma was probably thinking i was too smug for having escaped falling last winter  doh!so will probably have a couple of bruises tomorrow, the sorest part was my hand got scraped by the snow ouch! so that was my exciting day! |
