Re: How many??

Both Maxi & Maisy are indoor cats, but when the weather gets warmer and drier they are allowed to go out in the garden with me in tow watching their every move making sure there is no attempts to escape, it is cat proved but they do try and find places to try and escape if given the chance. So no they are not allowed out at night.

Re: How many??

Mine have a cat flap and come and go during the day, but they're both home lovers and don't stray out of our small garden. At night they're in and the cat flap is locked but in the Summer it's more difficult as they want to stay out in the fresh air until after our bedtime!

Re: How many??

pip is currently a house cat, but im worried that when summers here and the doors open he will want to go out.
mondo would only go out into the garden if the door was open and he would come back in when i shouted, sometimes with a bit of prompting!
my mums cat goes in and out as she pleases! i tried to keep her in when she comes up to mine but she dirty's everywhere! so she goes out up here too.

Cassie has a cat flap and comes and goes as she wants during the day but I always make sure she is safely indoors and the cat flap locked at night.

Re: How many??

Tom and Jerry come and go as they please via the cat flap.
Tom is the one who likes to go out at night, then he's worn out and sleeps all day.

Re: How many??

I prefer mine to be in at night. Alfie was a horror for going out around 8pm and not appearing until 3am when he would stand at the bedroom window and yell his head off to get in. Still to go throught he stress of letting my two out!

Re: How many??

For the ones who do go out, I prefer them to come in at night- however they sometimes have other ideas!
Smudge used to be a constant worry.
