Elaine i go to Yoga classes and find it quite relaxing, just be careful which type of Yoga you choose though as some are more ebergetic than others. I do mostly Hatha, i think which is a nice balance of postures and relaxation. I think realy to benefit you could do to do it more than once a week. I go to class because i'm not disiplined enough to do it at home. I also use books to relax, oh and of course the alcohol which has already been suggested. |
