Re: Happy Valentines day

Ps, of course the other relaxation technique I employ is beer, red wine or gin. These days I toast Eileen whenever I have a gin.

Re: Happy Valentines day

Elaine i go to Yoga classes and find it quite relaxing, just be careful which type of Yoga you choose though as some are more ebergetic than others. I do mostly Hatha, i think which is a nice balance of postures and relaxation. I think realy to benefit you could do to do it more than once a week. I go to class because i'm not disiplined enough to do it at home.
I also use books to relax, oh and of course the alcohol which has already been suggested.

I do classes Elaine, usually once a week and then if I have time I do some core muscle work at home/in the car/at my desk.
