thanks Karen...the Caribbean chicken is very easy, roast some veg (I usually do sweet potatoes, squash, red onion) fry chicken...then add some reggae reggae sauce and some creamed coconut, cubed fresh pineapple...add a bit of water and the roasted veg and serve with rice...it is very good ...

Been to the library and got some new books, yipee, one is a fiction book exploring the theory that Shakespear actualy had two wives, also found a new book on old Chorley.

Shelley....currently they are in a pine urn with her name on....but I have seen a bronze cat statue so I might put them in there and then they will go on our bedroom window over looking the back garden....she would like that x

Emma, that sounds lovely. Max our big dog spent a few years in a box on our living room windowsill before joining our other dog, Benji outside in the garden.
