Re: Turbulent Tuesday

Karen,
i was invited to join a panel of testers for black and decker steam cleaners due to me already having one and pets i think. The link suggested it was to be held in a hotel in the midlands and you recieve a free cleaner for attending the launch. Now it transpires its actualy in London

Re: Turbulent Tuesday

That's a real shame Shelley ..........

Pauline - I went through all the reapplying for my job years ago with the local authority, it was a nightmare but actually not too bad. I think it was a way of wriggling out of giving some posts a pay rise.

Re: Turbulent Tuesday

There are just the two of us in for the one job, a bit nerve wracking but my redundancy package isn't too bad if I am not successful. They have also made it clear there will be no payrises or changes to terms and conditions to compensate any moves but that also means they can't change them to make them worse. What will be will be . Thanks everyone you have made me feel a bit better about it all x
