Shelley, I can understand your dad and mum feeling less confident after their health upset. I think they are wise to assess their lifestyle and maybe aim for short holidays closer to home. Also their car, that is a big decision for them and depending on how old they are they may they don't need to have a car in a few years. I'm glad they have insight into their health needs anyway, very sensible.

Hope your mum has a relaxing break Kazz, sound like your dad has lots of care needs, I've a feeling you will be busy

Karen, hope your mum has a lovely relaxing time. Last time i was in torquay was 1978,lol.
