Yeah I think so - good idea about the boiling water in a bowl leave it for a while and repeeat then get scrapping! |

I only mentioned it because we had one of those 'Healthy Living' booklets through the door and they were selling the spray bottles and I wondered if anyone had used it as I've never seen it for sale in the shops. |

Pretty good except I don't think I should have had the Atkins cereal yet as it said on the packet 'only for stages 2,3 and 4  It was nice tho!For the rest of the day I've been good! |
