Re: Claude growing up

I'm the same Moli, my dogs are wormed every three months as well. When pregnant my dogs have been wormed every day from day 40 of pregnancy up until 2 days post whelp. Thats why I use Panacur liquid it works out a lot cheaper to buy it in bulk as I go through so much. The cats are harder to worm with liquid though, tablets are easier

Thanks for the info ladies......I think I'd better change to four times a year now to be on the safe side.

Re: Claude growing up

Try crushing them in some pilchards or sardines Moli.....the stronger taste disguises the tablet.

Re: Claude growing up

Honestly Moli, tablets are easier!!!! With the liquid the cats just toss their heads around and you wear more than they take

Re: Claude growing up

Do you use a dropper or syringe to give the liquid PK?

Re: Claude growing up

When giving my cats tablets I just wrap them in a towel so they can't get me with their claws Open their mouths and push the tablet right to the back of their throats. Close their mouths and rub their throats. the tablets usually go down very quickly this way

I use a syringe Mags. I can't really put medication in food with having so many, I don't know who has eaten what I like to know they have had it!
