Recipe is for a basic custard I used cream, couple of egg yolks, granular splenda to taste, tiny bit of milk, vanilla extract heat in a pan until thickened and then popped in my ice cream maker. You can just pop it in the freezer but you would need to mix it every 30 mins to break down any ice crystals and I believe it takes about 5 hours to freeze this way. |

Had the rest of the icecream this morning. Lunch was three mini sausages some bacon and coleslaw. One packet of salted peanuts Dinner is going to be Lamb and green beans What are you having Donna? |
