Ohhhh not nice. Fellow dog owners will sympathise. Always feel worse the next day Some years ago i had our eldest Rosie (RIP poppet) with me. My foot caught on something on the pavement, went right down, banged head on pavement, saw stars literally & rolled off the pavement onto the road - stunned. Two builders working up the road saw it (oh horror of being seen) raced over to help. One got me home & other brought Rosie home. My knee swelled like football, was agony. Doc said if could walk on it nothing broken. Some 7 years later when OA set in, x-ray showed not only had the kneecap been fractured, it was displaced & pushed to one side where it still is . Now isnt owning a car safer - you dont go "cat walking" - lol !!!! |

LOL, Velvet. some of us DO walk cats! Mine have all (except Leia) been harness trained; fortunately they have much less adventuresome walks than dogs! |
