Another update!! My offer has been accepted!! Well, not the first offer, but we have negotiated and I'm now paying £1,000 less than the asking price, but they are including the washing machine, cooker and garden shed!!  I have also accepted the offer on my house now of £2,000 under the asking price, as they are investment buyers so there will be no chain and we can get things done quickly!!!! I'm sooooooooooooooooooooo excited!!!! Oh, and my dad called me this morning to say that he had a dream about the new house last night too!!  He was planting trees in my new garden for me!!!  It's a sign!!! |
