I see - last time I had back problems (I've had them on and off for a long time) I found some exercises online called "Straighten Up UK" - I found them very helpful.

yes the fire is in the village, i noticed all the emergency services on the way home from yoga. I don't need to go, just hope there's been a mistake and everyone is safe.
