Oh poor Samson I do hope that his eyes do get alot better soon they must irritate him Poor thing.

Samson was in today for a check up, and although his eyes are slightly better, the vet is still concerned and confused. He did almost try steriods, but it can be risky to use in the case of eye ulcers, and in the end decided against it. We have to go back on Tuesday, while we continue with the treatment, Scott (vet) said we really have to sort this out and from his tone I think he may be quite worried, he is going to take swabs for chlamydia. He did also mention putting Samson to the eye specialist who comes to the practice once a week, to see what she thinks,.
He is still not himself and his eyes are obviously sore, has anybody else had experience of chlamydia

Poor Samson! I was completely unfamiliar with this (didn't know cats got it), so thought I'd post a link for anyone who wanted to know more. Nasty disease.
