Fran - so sorry Bootsy's none the better for his new shoes. Let's hope he's just settling into them - don't know if that's the case with newly-shod horses . . .

Not knowing a lot about horses let alone shoes, would not the improvemnet be immediate on him? I hope you get it sorted out Fran its a shame.

The farrier was hoping for immediate improvement as he was so terribly bad although as Yola has quite rightly pointed out sometimes they can take a while to settle in to new shoes. It's a wait and see although in all fairness Bootsy usually settles into his shoes straight away if they suit..
