ouch, hope the 2 weeks rest help, i know when i hurt my back it helped. the type of tablets he's on can be used as a muscle relaxant aswell so should help a lot!

They dont really know tbh but think it may be because he went from being active to being inactive and then as he began walking, he was favouring one side.
I also think it was down to his bloody mindedness of insisting he drove up to Lossiemouth and back in his small car. Lossie is 60 miles from here.

G was at the back specialist yesterday. They now want to do X-rays and an MRI scan. G said that they said his condition may not reverse itself.
We are both gutted and devastated by the thought of this.
Please send as many possotive vibes as you can muster that G is not going to be a twisted cripple from here on....
