What a fantastic transformation! It looks to have pretty well doubled in size. You're going to have the most brilliant fun decorating and styling the interiors I envy you the folding doors to the garden . . . if ever we get around to re-styling the kitchen and utility room I'm going to have some of those; grade 2 listing or not!!!

Fancyabrew, no we lived in rented for three months whilst most of the work was completed. I will post up some more pictures soon.

That is a beautiful light fitting Emma. I love your stairs.
I have often considered having the wall between the kitchen diner bit and hallway removed a few people have done it around here and it always looks from good to brilliant depending on that they have done, but it means the stairs and hall are all one with no door in between.
