Instructions on how to post your pictures

I am at my wits end with photobucket, i'm trying to add pix of my kitties using the IMG link and every time it says 'sorry, this person has moved or deleted this image' how can this be as I'm following all the instructions correctly .... helppppp!

I have major problems with photobucket and so do a lot of people. My problem is it keeps showing the same picture. I am sure someone will give you better instructions than me but, safe to say, you are not on your own with this problem. Photobucket drives me mad and its their problem not ours.
