She is still off sick. Called several times today but only managed to get through twice. Have asked for the tracking number both times and they said that the nurse who is covering will call me back with it but no one has yet. |

I dont know Kazz, there is with the Royal mail but I cannt do anything about that until I get the tracking number. I am finding this quite distressing in all honesty. I know it's just ashes and not really her but I just want her home if you know what I mean. |

That level of customer service is disgusting. I'd suggest, like Karen, to call back and ask for a manager and mention that you'd like to make a formal complaint. Even if this person is off sick, surely someone can phone her? This is all very distressing for you and they are not making things any easier. |

There must be a public relations dept at worst for such a big organisation. I mean the publicity....(not that that is what I think you would do) would not be good......loosing a much loved cats ashes can't be good PR. Not that its good anyhow. Don't be fobbed off Elaine.....its upsetting and surely to Lord as a animal hospital they must realise how much upset this can cause someone. |
