I was thinking about a chiropractor but they are just so expensive. I got exercises off the Internet - the British Chiropractors Society and have done them gently daily. I am sure that the first time I did them, I freed something.

I didn't realise until I heard it recently that Henry VIII had a bad fall from his horse and his behaviour changed radically from that time. It is thought he suffered brain damage as a result. Would explain a lot.
