Guess what? I looked at a place last Thursday that I fell in love with and I got the call yesterday morning that I was approved.....it's mine Saturday!! I go sign the lease tomorrow morning..woohoo!

Kazz, I'm moving into the city where everything is...about 20 minutes drive from this house. It'll be loads more convenient for me to access everything. His name is Trinidad. 44, never been married, no kids.
It's funny--he's 6'4 and I'm 5'2 so we look quite the pair walking down the street together...

So glad you've found somewhere. I too have no idea what a triplex unit is ......... I do hope that the move goes smoothly and that your furbabes aren't too stressed and settle quickly.

Like the others I am baffled by a triplex? I imagine it is something along the lines of a maisonette sort of thing? ie your own individual entrance to a home in the same building.
