A sandwich isn't a sandwich without chips! We have a marvellous brand here, Kettle Lightly Salted chips...positively addicting!

You can't put a little weight back on with just fruit...can you have blueberries with some ice cream, or yoghurt if you like it? Or maybe some nice poached pears?

Not keen on ice cream, love yoghurt....Maybe get some to eat in the evenings, especially natural yoghurt

I can normally take ice cream or leave it, but in blueberry season, gotta have some! I hate yoghurt........
