I have an appointment with the Vet at 4.45 p.m. this afternoon, they couldnt tell me anything on the desk when I rang. The amount so far is £361 and luckily she is insured. Hopefully they will be able to pay the Vets direct, I am asking the Practice Manager this when shes in at 4.40 p.m. Do you normally pay then claim? or do your Insurance Companies pay the Vets direct? |

Still hoping the news is good! Usually you pay and the insurance company re-imburses, but I know that they can arrange to pay direct under certain circumstances (maybe you should call them and discuss prior to going to the vet this avvie)? |
