Just got off the phone and it is definately a fatty lump which can be removed next time she goes under an anestetic (sp) but is not a major problem or anything nasty. It is more of a look thing as it will probably get bigger and more annoying to her. I have also decided to take her with me to Scotland as this will be less stressful for her. It is also on the advice of the vet who is going to give me some seditives so that she sleeps the whole way up. She is very much a people cat so will be Ok once she gets up there.
