Merlin and Smudge were chatterers. Kizzy doesn't seem to be, but Pip is - he also makes a sort of a grunty noise when he's playing. Some cats are more vocal generally - I wonder if the chattering/general vocalisation go together? |

That's an interesting point! Leia doesn't chatter and is not a very vocal cat; Dandy and Sultan,who did, were also talkative. Maybe we should do a poll! Oh and thanks for not laughing at me for trying to teach her to chatter ... if you could have seen the look on her face very funny in retrospect |

Oh DM, I promise I didn`t laugh at the thought of what you must have looked like trying to teach Leia to chatter, I hope none of the neighbours witnessed the lesson though . Also I could just pictures Leia`s confused expresion. I would say that both Maxi and Maisy are just as vocal as each other, but it is just Maxi who does the chattering, and yes I also think a poll could be fun . |
