Is the trick to bathing cats to sit them in the empty sink and beguile tem with sweet talk whilst filling the bowl? You seem to have it to a 'T' Smudgley - and Cara looks a lot better. Was she particularly messy after the birth, or wasn't she keen to clean herself?

She was "grubby" when she came in. Then when she gave birth, she got in a mess, she did clean herself, but had some poo & yuk on her fluffy bits. She needed a bath.

I've bathed only a few cats (I don't make a habit of it, but to be honest - they've all been pretty good)

It was a case of needs must Yola, she had diarrhoea whilst in labour & needed cleaning! Yes she would smell different, but would still smell of Mommy.
