I have lost 1 stone recently, my practice nurse prescribed xenical (orlistat) tablets, they are great and help so much. They aren't an appetite suppresant, but get rid of the fat in your diet, you have to eat low fat though or else you get terrible diarrhoea!!

Yeh I used Xenical to help shift the 5 stone I have so far. Side effects are not pleasant if you eat anything with too much fat in it
I haven't used it this time round as I wasn't too happy on it and have lost a stone and that's it
Time to go back to the doctors I think.
