Re: For Kazz and Dinahsmum (pics)

I showed her the picture because he looks so much like Dill and she asked if your name was Dawn. Actually, I think her original words were "where did you get that picture?!"

When I first met Dill, I decided he must be my boyfriend's illicit lovechild He and Em have known each other for ages, and Matt and Dill have very similar moments of wile and fecklessness

I hope he's not going to be reading this...

Re: For Kazz and Dinahsmum (pics)

Oh yes, he's lovely And he's right about 6' tall (but he does wear boots a lot so if you saw him with boots on he'll have seemed taller). I'm 5'11", so when I wear my boots and he's barefoot I can do a spot of looming

Next time Em goes to a dogshow you're going to we'll all have to pile into a train and come along. My son adores dogs (but is also very good with them - for a 3-year-old anyway) and would probably do no end of happy squealing seeing so many in one place

Yes I do Smudgley.

I only show the boys at working terrier shows now though, their mouths are quite damaged through working over the years. Breeze works too, but is a "bayer" so hardly ever gets a mark on her. She has been brilliant in the ring, Crufts qualified for life, won her stud book number, and now having won that I dont do anywhere near as much travelling to qualify. Tell me more about your Borders, what breeding were they?
dawn.

Re: For Kazz and Dinahsmum (pics)

Our main breed was Bullmastiffs - then we got a little BT male - we enjoyed him & thought we would get a young foundation bitch. We did & then we kept a daughter from her, (Chelsea) and then kept a son from Chelsea. He was the best one we had & we did quite well showing him. But with all the "politics" in showing (more with the Bullmastiffs than the BT's) my husband lost interest, then I went back to work & time was really limited. A lot of our family have borders. Including my in-laws.
They were from Orenberg lines. If you have any SBT club year books or MBT club year books from a few years ago our dogs were in there.
What breeding are yours Dawn?

Re: For Kazz and Dinahsmum (pics)

Mmmm starting to ring bells with me, especially when you said Bullmastiff! I think I have seen you a few times you know, a few yrs back though, I have got year books but not to hand, I have the last 15yrs! Is it "Penluso" or something along those lines?

Mine are Conundrum, Dandyhow and a bit of others too, some Orenberg a bit back too.
Dawn.
