Amazing how a kitten can win over an adult cat who didn't want a roommate. My little Singapura male, Dandy, took one look at the resident older cat, Misty and said, "Oh, a mommy-type cat...I miss my mommy" and tried to make up to her; Misty hissed, spat & said"I am NOT a mommy-type cat!!!"....well, within 2 weeks, little Mr. Persistence had won her over or wore her down; whatever; and they slept together until Misty finally went to sleep at 19 1/2. This was years ago & only have snapshots of them so an't post, but this picture brought back happy memories...thanks, Luke!  |
