too right you lot should feel guilty, there I was sweating my *** off!!!! lol (only joking) Well I managed to do 30 mins, cycled just under 6 miles and burnt off 252 calories  better than nothing I suppose  I am aiming to do this on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday...lets just see how many weeks I keep it up for ....lol |
