Re: Taking Pictures

I have the eye problem too, the picture in my avatar (bigger picture can be seen here) is the only picture I've managed to take of Ninja that came out nicely and that didn't have him look like he's been eating radioactive waste (And even with that one I have been asked if I touched up the eyes, which I didn't - he just has very striking eyes!).

Keep practicing, I'm sure you'll find something that works for you soon

Edit: I've just gone to take a couple of pictures of Ninja in the conservatory where he holds court (his pillow is in a corner where nobody can actually get, thanks to my other half's penchant for stacking useless things in the house rather than in the garage it looks dirty in the pictures, it's all hair, but we don't dare wash it because that pillow in that corner is his special safety spot where he goes when he feels unsafe and we don't want him to feel it's unsafe if it doesn't smell like him anymore). Sadly because of the daylight, surrounding colours and the flash bouncing off the window right behind him, he looks a bit dingy and you don't get to see his beautiful coat:

Ninja Suspects Me Of Foul Play:

Ninja Sits Pretty:
(He'd just gotten up for a big yawn-and-stretch)

I have loads of trouble in natural light. His coat is actually very shiny and lush (as you can tell from the picture linked above), but in natural light it just comes off looking... I don't know, almost dusty!

Re: Taking Pictures

He is exceedingly beautiful, but I might be slightly biased

I always get annoyed taking pictures, because they never come out showing exactly how beautiful I think things are. Especially when it comes to my son and my pets!

Think we are all the same there Snoof. Ninja is gorgeous! And the second picture is really good.
