Thank you all for your good luck wishes - I think they all helped loads!  I had the interview yesterday - and I was scared stupid beforehand but it actually went okay, and I even stopped shaking halfway through!!   And this morning they offered me the job!!!  Had a bit of negotiating to do regarding salary (they were being a bit cheeky!) but it has all worked out really well and I now officially have a new job! Have to write my notice for my present job tonight and then I have a month's notice to work out but I'm really happy (you'd never have guessed would you!  )Thank you all for your help and good wishes.  |

Oh my God . . . well done Julie!!! I think some cyber-breaking-open-of-champagne is in order. Fantastic news  Reading the research/presentation criteria, it's very alligned to the type of presentation we ask people to do when applying to work for us - and it's designed not to trick but to really weed out the time wasters and those who don't take the time/trouble to find things out. |

Thank you very much. You helped loads by all being so supportive. Yola, they explained the point of each part of the presentation afterwards and it made sense - I was so nervous though! I imagine it would definitely put off people who just apply for the sake of it though!  |
