Re: More Efficient Washing Machine???

Donna if the water isn't coming through properly it could be a kink in the hose, as Moli said. I did have that problem once a few years ago....I just pulled the machine out and adjusted the hose.....and it was ok

Re: More Efficient Washing Machine???

Well there could be a kink but I cannot move the machine out myself. I can hear the water going in and being pumped out, but it is meant to run on a small amount of water so dont hold out any hope it is a kink in the hose myself, but willing to give it a go!

Phone Hotpoint helpline or the shop you got it from Donna, and explain the problem to them...

Re: More Efficient Washing Machine???

Well remembered Mags!!!

Well I spoke to the lady at the customer service and she recommended me being a bit more selective with which programme to use as the machine uses different amounts of water depending on the type of clothing ie. cotton or synthetics etc.

Been trying to be more specific and telling the machine what type of materials I am using and it seems to be better. Not having to extra rinse everything twice so fingers crossed....
